This culinary gem is located inside the non-pretentious yet exquisite Solé on the Ocean Resort and Spa. As soon as you take the crystal stairway to the restaurant, breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean set the perfect background. The rustic-feel interior concept with a strong presence of wood was developed by one of the most successful hospitality creators, Stephane Dupoux, with properties like Buddha Bar, Nikki Beach and Seasalt and Pepper in his portfolio.
Philippe Ruiz, the master for so many years behind the kitchen of Biltmore’s Hotel Palme d’Or, brings his Michelin-starred skills to the table. His latest creation? The “Brunch FABulously” program crafted with seasonal and fresh local ingredients. American favorites star the brunch but they’re prepared with classic French techniques, which make the dishes outstanding. From seafood like Caviar, Stone Crabs and Poached Atlantic Salmon to Cracked Pepper Skirt Steak and Homemade Mignonette and Cocktail Sauce, it is a feast to the senses. And all at the rhythm of bottomless Mimosa or Bloddy Mary prepared table-side, and ready to be served to the 200 guests in the main dining room and up to 30 guests in the outdoor terrace.
